Shipping & TrackingShipping destinations, period & costWe ship items through DHL to most countries in the world. Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. We offer free shipping on orders over £99, and for this item below £99, regardless the destination or the weight of the parcel, only £6.99 will be charged as per shipping fee. Because all of our shoes are hand-made, it takes 3-4 days to process and ship. It usually arrives within 10 working days. We are sorry that we do not provide overnight shipping currently. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered shoes are out of stock, we will email you to advise you of the likely delay. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay. All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered. If the held time was too long, they will be returned to us. Please input the right and detailed shipping address when you place your order. No P.O.box please. All parcels must be signed. So the P.O.box address is unaccepted. If the parcel failed to be sent because of the incorrect address, we will take responsibility for it. Please be advised NO next day delivery has been provided for now. And there is no alternative shipping method can been chosen from. Shipping methodWe send our product worldwide where DHL can reach. And normally the delivery time will last 5-10 days. If any questions, feel free to send us mails skysmarket@gmail.com .After we get your returned parcel, we will notify you about your returned parcel. And then you will need to place another order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please be notified only damaged or faulty products can be returned for exchange. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Track your orderWe sincerely suggest you add us into your mailing box to avoid the miss of mails. If you add us to your mailing list, you will get confirmation about your order; or it may lie in the spam box. Or even the mail will be rejected totally. Please contact us if you want the tracking number of your order. Return & ExchangeFor replacement and refund: 1. Quality Issues: We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 7 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send us the pictures of the goods they received beforehand and also send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund. 2. Non Quality Issues: We don't accept any returns or exchanges for non quality reasons. 3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.) 4. Wrong shipping address: We are not responsible if it is your fault to offer us the wrong shipping address and we do not accept any returns and exchanges thus caused. 5. Canceled orders (Before delivery): If an order is canceled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred. Otherwise, you cannot cancel it for we cannot take it back either. Wrong Item Delivered After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via live chat or email to obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package. |
